Taylorann Evans - Director
Taylorann Evans has been living her dream since she was 3 years old, devoted to being a versatile dancer. Growing up in Boise, Idaho she danced competitively until transitioning into pre-professional company work and eventually professional work as a principal dancer. From her hometown, to Vegas, to Austin - she has been fortunate to have experienced many avenues of dance from showgirl entertainment and professional contemporary ballet work to commercial dancing, pre-professional sports and directing. In addition to dance, Taylorann obtained her B.B.A in Entrepreneurial Management from Boise State University, which led her into her current role as an Analyst. ATX has served as Taylorann’s home for the past 4 years and has been the most healing space in her journey. Many spaces such as Ballet Austin, Dance Austin and Greater Austin Dance Academy serve as the various dance homes for Taylorann's instruction. She is honored to be the Founder and Director of Revision Dance Company and grateful to be surrounded by so many incredible people within the community.

Emily Anderson
Emily Anderson spent her first 18 years in Dallas, TX, and attended Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in the dance conservatory. She continued her dancing career throughout her undergraduate degree with the student organization, The Dance Company, at Loyola University Chicago. Now, currently in pharmacy school, Emily loves when she finds the time to take dance classes and rehearse with Revision!

Lizzie Cadena
Lizzie began her dancing at the age of 2 and immediately fell in love with ballet. She continued dancing until she was 18 and went to college at Southern Methodist University, where she studied mechanical engineering. After graduating, Lizzie stayed in Dallas for a few years until her career eventually took her to Austin. Moving to a new city, where she didn't know anyone, she re-discovered her love of dance and started taking classes again. Eventually those classes led to the opportunity to join the strong, creative, and kind dance community that is Revision.

Melanie "MJ" Campbell
MJ Campbell joined Revision Dance Company in October 2024. Her love for dance began at the age of two, when she first put on a tutu and tried to imitate the ballerinas she saw on TV. Raised in Ohio, MJ trained in a variety of dance styles while competing regionally, with jazz and contemporary remaining her favorites. She later transitioned into the world of musical theatre, both performing on stage and choreographing behind the scenes. In June 2021, she moved to Austin, TX to pursue a Ph.D. in Chemistry. MJ feels incredibly blessed to be part of a community of strong, inspiring women who challenge outdated societal expectations and embrace the power to define themselves on their own terms.

Emily Epstein
Emily has been dancing her whole life and continued to follow that passion throughout high school and college. After graduating, she found Revision and couldn’t be happier to be part of this incredible team. Outside of dance, Emily loves being a nanny, taking naps on a boat, buying coffee just to enjoy the first few sips, and being a proud bunny mom. She feels so blessed to be surrounded by such a strong, supportive group of women, and excited for Revision to continue sharing our love of dance with the community!

Abigail Evans
Abigail Evans is an Austin-based dancer, choreographer, and teacher. She has over 20 years of experience in multiple genres of dance, including, but not limited to: ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop, and more. She was a member of the 80th line of the World Famous Kilgore College Rangerettes, which led her to perform on amazing stages, including The Birmingham International Tattoo in England, The Cotton Bowl, the Presidential Inauguration, and more. Abigail is also an accomplished choreographer and teacher, with opportunities to choreograph for many different drill teams, professional stages, and become the Competition Director for Dance Discovery/Avery Ranch Dance and Music. Abigail loves sharing her passion for dance with others and hopes to continue to do so for as long as she possibly can.

Kate Evetts
Kate Evetts has spent the last 19 years as a dancer, performer, choreographer and instructor in the Austin area and is thrilled to bring her experience back to the Revision stage. Recent credits include "Bring It On The Musical" (choreography, Zilker Theatre Productions), "The Beginning" (Principal Dancer, Revision Dance Company), and "Legally Blonde, The Musical," (ensemble, Dance Captain, Zilker Theatre Productions). She obtained her BS from The University of Texas, where she was a 4-year member and eventual Captain of the Texas Pom Squad and went on to run her own studio for several years. She currently teaches adult dance and fitness at Ballet Austin.

Hailyn Garcia
Born and raised in Texas, Hailyn started dancing at age two, and started competing at age four. Growing up as a competitive dancer opened up many performance and training opportunities over the years with some incredible artists. She also lived in Chicago for three years, and gogo danced while she was there. She’s trained in just about everything, and doesn’t like to be pigeonholed into any style- though she’ll always have a soft spot for contemporary. Dance has always been about expression for her, so any performance given is always an authentic moment for her. Dance is-and will always be-her first love.

Sierra Greenberg
Sierra Greenberg is one of the Competition Team Directors at Dance Xplosion Austin and a former Division 1A athlete on the University of Texas Dance Team. A soon to be graduate of UT Austin with a degree in Youth and Community Studies, Sierra brings a strong background in leadership and discipline to her work. As a teacher she is very passionate about creating a supportive environment where dancers can grow in both skill and confidence.

Jordan Gregorcyk-Landrey
Jordan has trained and danced in Houston with The Houston Dance Lab through middle and high school. Specifically, focused on Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Tap dance. Since moving to Austin, she has danced with Redefined Dance Company through The University of Texas and continued dancing at Ballet Austin and Dance Austin taking various classes. She Joined Revision Dance Company in 2024.

Kate Herlihy
Kate is a multi-faceted artist originally from Massachusetts and is now sharing her passion and love for dance and art in Austin. She's an alum of Walnut Hill School for the Arts where she majored in theatre and recently graduated from Texas State University with her BFA in Theatre Performance and Production with a concentration in playmaking. Credits include; Acting; Into the Woods (Spirits/ Milky White swing, TXST University), DeMaskus aka Running (Running Herald 4/ Lotus Her), We'll Meet Again (Maggie), and more; Choreography; Everybody by Branden Jacob-Jenkins dir. Kara Lynn-Vaeni, Trail of Oregon dir. Sab Ricci, Cathexis dir. Kate Herlihy. She is also a teaching artist at Zach Theatre and is the new head of dance for the 3rd-6th grade MT Ensemble. In addition to that Kate has received multiple awards for her plays and just had her play, Jab, produced as part of Marion Art Center's 2024-2025 Playwright Incubator development program. Outside of the arts you can find Kate busy in the kitchen baking anything and everything (fun fact she's an ambassador for a banana bread company called Gonanas), journaling, or going on runs throughout the city of Austin.

Ariana Hickman
Ariana has been dancing since the age of 8 and has rekindled her love for the craft through Revision Dance Company. Throughout her life, she has been able to be part of prestigious dance teams and also teach the next generation of dancers. Ariana feels lucky to call Revision a part of her journey during this current phase of life.

Desiree Kostelnik
Desiree is a proud Texas native with a strong foundation in dance performance and choreography. She holds a BFA in Dance from Texas State University, where she was actively involved in both performance and pre-professional training opportunities. Her summers were spent in New York City, studying at renowned institutions like Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway, fueling her passion for growth and versatility as an artist.
After graduation, Desiree set sail with Holland America Line, where she performed across the globe as a featured dancer. She completed six international contracts and was a company dancer for RWS Entertainment Group in NYC, blending her passion for storytelling and movement on stages from ship decks to New York theaters.
Now, she embraces a new balance—thriving in her corporate role while continuing to train, perform with Revision Dance Company and Ty & Co., and share her artistry through teaching. It’s a fulfilling chapter where professional growth and creative expression beautifully coexist.

Sarah Kuperman
Sarah Kuperman grew up dancing at Kinard Dance School in Sugar Land, Texas and later at Adagio Performing Arts. After training in ballet and modern, she joined her high school Varsity Belles Dance Team where climbed the ranks to Lieutenant Officer. After graduation she took a step back to focus on other hobbies, school and work where she made her way to Austin and her heart back in dance. Now, Sarah works full-time as an Office Admin/Administrative Assistant, filling her free time with dance classes, hanging out with friends and being a cat-mom to her baby, Katra.

Hayley Miller
Corporate Relocation Consultant by day, Dance Teacher and Choreographer by night. Former showgirl and aerial acrobat for Norwegian Creative Studios (NCL, Regent, Oceania cruise lines), Hayley continues sharing her passion for dance and theatre by mentoring students ages 10+ all over Texas. When she's not behind a desk or in a dance studio, you can find her on a yoga mat, in a river or at a honky tonk.

Killian Nelson
Killian is currently a college student studying Chemistry and Physics at University of Texas. In her downtime she loves to read and hike the many trails Austin has to offer. Killian danced on a competitive team for 8 years, enjoying her favorite styles of dance along the way - contemporary and jazz. She is thrilled to continue her passion with Revision Dance Company.

Ashley Newgard
Ashley has been moving and grooving since she was 5 years old. Growing up in Plano, TX, Ashley was a competitive dancer trained in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. In college she was part of Dance Arts Society at Texas A&M University, where she choreographed and performed for three years. After college, she moved to Austin and continued taking dance classes. Outside of dance, Ashley works as UX/UI Designer. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to perform with Revision and collaborate with the other Revision dancers.

Taylor Olsen
Having grown up in Miami and dancing competitively throughout high school since age 10, Taylor moved to Austin four years ago—bringing her passion for movement with her. Today, she balances her career as a content creator and fitness coach with her role at Revision Dance Company. Taylor’s belief? Hobbies know no age limits. She joined Revision to keep her love for dance alive, proving that pursuing what you love is timeless.

Alicia Padilla
Alicia started dancing when she was three years old. She competed with a local dance studio growing up until high school where she was an integral part of her dance team at Seven Lakes High School. In college, Alicia was a part of the Kilgore College Rangerettes drill team for two years. At UT, she was also on the Roustabouts Dance Company and proceeded to be a dance teacher for three years after college. Currently, this is her second year on Revision! She feels so lucky to have found a supportive, inspiring community of women to dance with!

Drea Peret
Born in the Philippines and raised in Las Vegas, Drea Peret began training in dance at 14 years old. In Las Vegas, she danced competitively in high school and later joined an adult exhibition team. After moving to Austin in 2021, she rediscovered her love for dance and has continued training regularly across styles. For Drea, Revision has become a platform to grow confidence, express identity, and build community.

Sapir Peretz
Sapir Peretz is a contemporary and fusion dance artist with over 18 years of experience. She has worked as a teacher, choreographer, and director, bringing creativity and expressive movement to every project she takes part in. Sapir is passionate about using dance as a way to tell stories, inspire growth, and create a sense of community through movement.

Karlee Proctor
Karlee joined Revision in 2024, specializing in contemporary dance. Originally from Ohio, she began dancing at the age of three and later expanded her training through competitive cheerleading in high school. After moving to Austin, TX, in 2016, Karlee rekindled her passion for dance, training regularly in contemporary at Ballet Austin. She is grateful for the community and fulfillment that Revision has brought her, as performing with a professional dance company has always been a lifelong dream. Karlee looks forward to continuing her dance journey for many years to come, believing that it is never too late to fulfill your dreams.

Hazel Reed
Hazel began dance training at the age of three and has been moving and grooving ever since! This is her second year with Revision Dance Company. She graduated from TCU with a BFA in Modern Dance and a BS in Communication Studies as a John V. Roach Honors Laureate. Hazel has performed in Fort Worth, Seattle, Corpus Christi, and Austin in dance works by Nina Martin, Alice Gosti, Pat Graney, SeaLegs Dance, Karin Stevens Dance, as the soloist in Loops and Tides (film) by JMWorks and Laser Dot Productions' "2 Very Ripe Musa Acuminatas" (film), and with Corpus Christi Concert Ballet among other fun pieces and projects throughout the years. Hazel works as a Sustainability Data & Reporting Team Lead by day and loves to spend her free time in nature, dancing, exploring, practicing yoga and magic, and loving on her two cats, Charlie and Toby.

Lesley Thompson
Lesley Thompson grew up in Houston, Texas, where she began her dance training under the direction of Evelyn Ireton at the Houston Academy of Dance. She went on to study as a dance major at the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts before moving to New York City in 1989 to attend NYU. After several years immersed in dance, Lesley shifted her focus to Taekwondo, becoming a nationally ranked fighter, and later devoted herself to raising her two sons. As her children grew older, Lesley rediscovered her love of dance and returned to the studio. In 2024, she relocated to Austin, where she is grateful to have found such a vibrant and supportive dance community. That same year, she joined Revision and is honored to perform alongside such talented, strong, and creative women. In addition to her work as a dancer, Lesley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in Austin.

Juliet Wallace
Current company dancer with Revision and teacher at Ballet Austin's Butler Center for Dance & Fitness. Juliet believes movement is our first language as humans and connects us beyond words. Originally from Richardson, TX, she trained at Texas Ballet Theater School Dallas in Classical Ballet, Horton/Graham Modern Techniques, and Commercial Jazz & Contemporary. Juliet received a B.A. in Dance from Texas Tech University in 2019 and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas Arlington in 2022. She has a passion for expression, healing, and growing together.

Taylor Webley
Originally from Colorado, Taylor’s dancing career has spanned from dancing in the NBA for the Denver Nuggets, traveling to India to represent the USA in the Indian Premier League for Cricket, to dancing in Hollywood feature films, such as ‘A Very Harold and Kumar Christmas.’ Along the way she has danced for several different companies in California, Colorado and Texas including backup dancing for local artists in music videos and on tour. In her day to day she is a wife and homeschooling mother to 4 beautiful children, as well as a doula, massage therapist and student midwife. Taylor has a deep passion for community and performance and is so grateful to be apart of Revision Dance Company.
